Recruiting Managers request a hospital consultation on behalf of a recruiter. The purpose of a Site Consultation is for assistance in building a marketing strategy for a site's recruitment marketing efforts.

​

TA will build marketing strategies via the collaboration of the Recruiter, and the site's leadership team.

 

At the end of this process, the Recruiter and Site will be equipped with a Recruitment Marketing Plan (RMP), which contains paid marketing recommendations.

Marketing costs are the responsibility of the individual site and are not covered by TA, Recruiting, or NVA leadership.
